Peter Hudson2022-11-07We were very pleased with the restoration of some sash windows on our Victorian House. Although Kensington's had a fairly long waiting list, they arrived on time and very efficiently carried out the work, leaving the property clean and tidy afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.Laura Jastrzab2022-03-04Paul and his team are very professional, reliable, and highly skilled at their work. They gave us a detailed invoice for the windows, so all work and cost were transparent. We are so pleased that we were able to retain the look of our sash windows but able modernise them with double glazing and draught proofing. I couldn't recommend Kensington Windows more.Emma Hardwick2021-09-01Had my sash restored and door canopy expertly Repaired .last summer now front of house completed and everyone admires it Very reliable and professional service Would recommend craftsmanship Sharon HardwickGuy Weaver2020-09-03I am really pleased with the work that the Kensington Team undertook on my windows to refurbish them and convert to double glazing. I wanted to keep the original windows character and the windows now look greatIan Bowsie2020-02-10Excellent company offering a unique service. Saved all the unique features and appearance of our period hardwood windows, whilst improving their thermal performance by replacing the in situ single glazing with double. Gas filled cavity between double glazing is really thin so appearance wise its barely noticeable its in fact double glazing. Brilliant! On site operatives hard working, courteous, diligent and amiable. Can't recommend more.Roxana Habibi2020-01-31We were really pleased with the work carried out by Kensington. We had all our sash windows restored and double glazed. We would highly recommend them!Lynda French2020-01-01Very good quality work and a pleasure to deal with. Really pleased with our windows, thank you.Peter Bignold2019-12-04Very helpful friendly people. Did a great job and even arranged a toughened glass certificate for our buildings inspectorT TJW2019-11-13My Victorian window project is bespoke. I wanted to retain my 170 year old pitch pine windows with a distressed wooden finish replacing the putty with beading and using old glass. The steps to achieve this are extensive. Having approached a number of sash window specialist companies I found they wanted to provide a 'fixed' product which did not meet with my aspirations. Kensington have embraced my objectives and have provided excellent work. They are always prompt and the communication is very good, something which I find lacking in the building trade. Fully recommend. Tim, ChesterLoad more
