This is a project we recently completed in Conwy North Wales , the property was already a public house owned by a family run hotel chain that we have done previous projects for. The sash windows received a major program of works including draught proofing rot repairs and some new sashes and replacement glass, The Erskine Arms is now doing extremely well for food and hotel accommodation.
