This is a splendid grade 2 listed Georgian property in Parkgate on the Wirral, we fully restored and draught proofed about forty sash and casement windows.
A typical Georgian property on the outskirts of Shrewsbury Shropshire, this property is getting refurbishes in small stages on this occasion we are fully restoring the two outside first floor sash windows,the one on the top left is already completed.
Both top windows now complete , we did a complete paint strip and changed the glass in these two sash windows can you see how the delicate glazing bar profiles have been brought back to life.
This is a sash from the top windows before restoration all the rotten section were removed and repaired with new sections of redwood timber bonded to the original timbers with epoxy resin , a very strong and permanent repair.

The old rectory Coddington Cheshire is a grade ll listed Georgian property . The present owners have embarked upon a full restoration of the property including all of the sash windows.

17.04.2012 A nice Victorian property in Llanfairfechan North wales , we were commissioned to upgrade the sash windows with slimlite double glazing ,draught proofing and carry out rot repairs .The project is to be carried out in several stages.
A sash window from the above Victorian property fitted with slimlite glazing, as you can see it is pretty much invisible but has a u value in this case of 1.9 . As you can see the window has not been painted as yet.

Some of the work we have recently carried out in a prestige property in Tattenhall in Cheshire, the windows were in a need of lots of restoration work and the owner wanted all the windows to be double glazed with Slimlite double glazing, the owners were extremely pleased with the outcome of the windows.
Our photographs are of the major repairs carried out to the two front bay windows, all repairs are in European oak bonded in with epoxy resin, all the complex window sections were made by hand on site.
